How it is used
Carmax uses these details to respond to your enquiry, discuss your vehicle and coordinate service. Submitting a form does not subscribe you to marketing messages.
Storage and access
Requests are stored in the website’s private staff inbox. Photo downloads require staff sign-in. Notification emails alert the service advisor to review the request. Website hosting and email providers process information needed to operate these services.
Retention
Carmax retains enquiry records while they are needed for service coordination and applicable business requirements. Contact the service advisor to ask about access, correction or deletion. Enquiries and uploaded photos are reviewed after closure and removed when no longer needed for the purposes described above.
External platforms
Links to WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram and Google Maps open services operated by their respective providers. Their privacy policies apply when you use them. This version does not embed live social feeds or advertising trackers.
